We met again at a christmas party. We made gingerbread and Finnish minced pies and some cupcakes with christmas decorations. See you again on the 12th of January. Merry Christmas from Mrs H and global kids.

Today 20.10 we made Halloween cupcakes or just cupcakes without halloween. We had three irons that made small cupcakes and then we also did some big ones. The top one is from the boys, two middle ones from class 4 and two bottom ones from class 5 and six girls. We tried some creamcheese icing, icing sugar (brown) icing and the red and orange and black ones are sugar fondant with a mold. We watched a great video from Columbia    and dealed out flat stanleys and diaries from our columbian friends.

We met on 6th of October and made pictures ready to be sent to Israel, Colombia and one to England and some to South Korea and Pakistan. We also made some similar dolls that have our real heads but small drawn bodies for one venue in South Korea. We prepared a teddy to go to the USA and another to Pakistan.Next time surprise cup cakes and more mails.

Today we made ham and cheese pancakes. We also wrote letters. Flatstanleys are still in the process of making. Two ready. Next time 6.10.

Today the group met for the first time. A few were missing. They were very brave, some stayed overtime and managed to write at least 2 messages each. Homework for the next club, something small, light cheap and Finnish for our travelteddy's box and a coloured flat stanley to send over. I feel proud. We forgot to take the group picture. Next time 29.9. and cheese pancakes, letters, stanleys and teddymailing - planning preparations for halloween.

Getting ready to get started. We might have new friends from Poland, South Korea and a new school in the States. We also have some homes for our flatstanleys and our Salty bear is ready to go soon. We also looking for suitable recipes to get started, maybe some of our new friends might help in that. Seeing the group for the letters and stanleys on the 15th of September and for cooking on 29th.

Aloittelemme kerhoa syyskuussa innokkaiden kerholaisten kanssa. Tällä kertaa kaverina on Englannista, Amerikkasta, New Hampshiresta ja  Washingtonin osavaliosta, Kolumbiasta ja Israelista ja vielä odottelemme muutamaa vastausta. Kerhossa opetellaan epals ohjelman avulla kirjoitamisen alkeita ja tehdään erilaisia tehtäviä ja pelejä netissä. Lisäksi jaamme reseptejä ja kokkaamme kerran kuussa. Kirjoitamme ystävyysryhmillemme myös edeltä sovituista teemoista ja lähetämme maailmalle flat stanley paprinukkeja. Nuket sitten kirjoittavat päiväkirjaa , ehkä blogiinkin maasta jossa ovat. Samoin kerhon travel teddy- nalle odottaa osoitetta Amerikasta. Nallen tarkoitus on samoin kuvien ja tekstien avulla välittää näkymiä maasta ja koululaisten arjesta minne se sitten lähteekin.

Ensimmäinen tapaaminen 15.9. aiheena esittelykirjeen kirjoitaminen ja flatstanley nukkejen valmistus. 29.9 olemme kotitalousluokassa ja silloin myös kokataan.
